Minnesota 2009

At the end of July, the kiddos and I boarded a plane and headed to Minnesota for two weeks for some much needed Nana and Grandpa Freese time. The kid's spent the two weeks playing in Nana's garden, riding Grandpa's tractor, playing with the "puppies", visiting the zoo, attending a tractor festival and just having an all around good time.

Mom and I spent a good chunk of our time working on a Quiet Book for the kids. We got about eight pages completed and decided we needed to use our creative juices elsewhere. As always, there was lots of yummy food and some great movies. Katelyn adores "The Princess Bride" now. We had to purchase a copy when we got home. There is so much to tell, I am going to have to just leave it at this. Enjoy the pictures!

Waiting for our plane to arrive!

Looks like you three (well four really!) had a blast at Nana and Grandpas!! That was such a blessing that you could go out there and spend some time with them! Your mom's land looks amazing! And her garden should be featured in some home and garden magazine or something because it is so fabulous! What a neat mom you have, you're very lucky!
